Appointment Schedule

 

Hi welcome to the booking appointment option with DCAG!  You're attempting to schedule time with R. Nicholas Sybrowsky for the following reasons:   Pastoral Counseling, Biblical consultation.  Leadership meetings.  Community collaborations, event planning & more.  Whether it is a phone call, virtual or in person visit this time is set aside for you.  Other times plausible with more coordination.  Please continue reading below. 

Time slots are in person or remote. Normally only One-hour meetings or less.  No more than one session per day per person.  Pastor is available for up to two separate individual appointments per day (Tue./Wed.).  Pastor will not exceed 4 sessions per week.  Special considerations can be made to accommodate schedule conflict resolution.  Meaning case by case, he can adjust to times outside of this normal time. Options for meeting are:  In person on/off campus, Google Meets/Zoom, Phone call.  One-on-one appointments are subject to his spouse or another person present.  Walk-ins are an option on Tuesdays between 8a-12p and Wednesdays between 2-6p, yet scheduling is preferred to promote benefit to both parties.
