YouVersion Bible App | Smart Phone Notes

Do you use a smart phone?  If so, this entry is for you!  We're preparing events on the YouVersion Bible App.  Once you have the Application installed on your smart device you can easily find our events and use the application to follow along and take personal notes.  That shared if you like this 'smart' feature relative to our church service the Pastor needs to know.  No feedback equals no event on the app. 🤷

Here is a simple detailed guide to get you started.

1. Install the free application on your device.
2. Create a profile.  This is usually set up by default utilizing whichever account is associated with your device, i.e. Gmail or Yahoo mail, etc.
3. Once you've installed the app. Click on the menu within the app.  Within there you should see an "Events" option.  Click on this.  You can permit location to be revealed to the app or manually search near you.
4. If we have an event published in advance, you should be able to find it and save it 5 days in advance of the start time.  It's at the event in the app where you can take notes during the sermon, school and any other event.  These notes will be saved for you to access later at your convenience.  You won't be able to find old events without entering and saving during the event between 5 days of start and 30 minutes after.

1. Get the App.
2. Set up the App.
3. Click on Events.
4. Find Event you want to attend and save it.
5. Take notes during the event or simply follow along.  Save for later.
